In the event of a passenger falling ill, or suffering from any accident during the journey, all hospital expenses, doctor fees, repatriation expenses and any other charges incurred as a direct or indirect of his / her illness / accident are the responsibility of the passenger. Management reserves the right to claim any additional expenses due to delay or charges in airplane, coach/car, ship or other services, weather conditions, strikes, war, quarantine and any other cause whatsoever and all such losses or expenses will be borne by the passenger. All cancellations must be received in writing signed by the tour participant who has made the booking. Costing and airfare is based on departure from Delhi. Passengers opting for boarding flights from other places will have to pay airfare difference. TORNA Expeditions Tours N Travels in no circumstances will be liable for any loss of baggage, goods, air tickets, passport, cash, jewelry, traveler's cheques or any other travel document or item owned by the passenger while on tour however caused. No refund is permissible on partially unutilized air tickets or ground arrangements. Tickets bookings and reservations will only be negotiated by the agents on payments of a deposit which will be accepted in part payment of the total cost incurred by clients, but receipts of a deposit does not constitute acceptance of any booking. In the event of cancellation of any travel services, any arrangement made on behalf of a client, the agents will only be liable to refund the amount of the monies paid by the client to them subject to a deduction for such sum, if any as the travel services may be entitled to be paid. It is understood that Torna Expeditions Tours N Travels act as agent only of all services covered hereby and that all tickets coupons and service orders are furnished and issued subject in all respects to the terms and conditions hereof and to those under which means of transportation and other services are supplied and that the passenger contract in use by each carrier or operator when issued shall constitute the sole arrangement between the holder and such carrier or operator. All tour departures, itineraries, flights and hotels are subject to change with or without notice, as they are based on current schedules of Transportation Companies / purveyors of services concerned. Disputes if any will be subject to the jurisdiction of Delhi courts only.
